Our goal is to prepare and check your phone before shipping. If you want to keep your number, we will coordinate its transfer so you understand when your current service may stop.

Back up before we ship

We do not back up, transfer, or restore your data. Your photos, contacts, messages and apps live in your Google or iCloud account, not on the phone we send you.

Before your new phone arrives, run a full backup of your current phone to Google or iCloud and let it finish. On the new phone, sign in to that same account and your data comes across. If you skip the backup, the data will not be there, and we cannot recover it.

Still have your old phone? Keep it until the new one is signed in and working.
